Make The Cards Challenge Week #4 – Circles

Hey Y'all!!!  I'm back with the Make The Cards Challenge Week #4.  This week's theme is Circles.  I'm using the fun Whimsy Stamps Swiss Dots A2 die along with the Happy & Birthday dies.  Circles, circles everywhere!  New challenges are published weekly at 9 a.m. on Monday.  Join the fun with the Congratulations challenge HERE.  All the details for this card are below (including links).

 

 

 

 

I started by using the Fun Stampers Journey ‘Bubble Bubble' stencil to create the background.  It's all about circles, right?

 

 

The card base is made out of Stampin' UP!'s ‘Basic White‘ card stock.  The first layer is cut from Stampin' UP!'s  ‘Cherry Cobbler‘ card stock.   On top of the Cherry Cobbler I used the stenciled paper as the next layer and glued a ‘Basic White' layer cut using Whimsy Stamps ‘Swiss Dots A2‘ die.  Big circular holes on top of little stenciled circles.  How fun!

 

 

I used Whimsy Stamps ‘Happy Large Word‘ die and ‘Birthday Word With Shadow‘ die to create a special birthday message.  Used Stampin' UP!'s ‘Basic White‘ and ‘Cherry Cobbler‘ card stock to match the rest of the card.

 

 

 

 

Finished the card off with some Gina K. glitter dots.  I LOVE glitter!
